Best tools for running an ESO guild
Running an Elder Scrolls Online guild is several jobs wearing one title. Someone has to fill the trial roster twice a week, decide which builds the content calls for, check that people show up wearing them, review the logs when a prog night stalls, and answer the same set questions in Discord every morning.
No single product covers it, and none of the good ones try. What experienced trial leads run is a small stack: a couple of websites, one or two in-game addons and a few Discord bots, each doing one job well. This page walks through that stack, grouped by job.

Builds and theorycraft
ESO-Hub (opens in a new tab)
A searchable reference site for ESO sets, skills and collectibles, with guides, builds and news. A guild leader's everyday use: answer "what does this set do" with a link instead of a paragraph, and point newer members somewhere solid to start.
UESP's build editor (opens in a new tab)
The Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages' ESO build editor: assemble gear, skills and champion points on a virtual character, see the resulting stats, then save the build and share it by link. Useful for settling "would this work" arguments before anyone farms a piece.
Hyperioxes (opens in a new tab)
A build site for endgame PvE: tank and DPS builds for trials, with gear, skills, champion points and rotations. Trial leads often answer "what should I run" by linking a build page here.
Character data out of the game

An ESOUI addon that exports a character's gear with traits and enchantments, skill bars and champion points as text from one slash command, ready to paste into Discord. It is the evidence format GearCheck reads natively for ESO.

Logs and performance

An ESOUI addon that records your own fights and shows damage, healing, buff and debuff uptimes and damage taken right after the pull. Members can check their own numbers in game, and the deep analysis stays on the logs.

Stack by job, and don't look for one tool to do everything. Start with the job that costs your staff the most evenings, and add tools one at a time.
